Rock Solid Services is currently hiring for the following positions. All positions require the ability to work 40 to 60 hours a week during the busy season (April through October). Applicants should have a current Minnesota driver's license, a valid medical card (or be willing to obtain one within five days of employment), and a positive attitude and willingness to learn and work hard.

Construction Estimator/Sales
  • Sales & estimating of new construction opportunities
  • Generate new sales leads & prospects
  • Prepare and submit project proposals
  • Propose product selections & colors
  • Assist in submitting permits, materials orders, & overall project management
  • Client interaction & relationship
  • Year-round position
Irrigation Foreman
  • Lead an installation crew of 2-4 persons
  • Install new irrigation systems and troubleshooting
  • Train clients on the operation of controllers, sprinkler head adjustments & overall care for their system
  • Manage quality
  • Spring start-ups & fall winterizations
  • Seasonal position with winter opportunities available
Fertilizing/ Pesticide Applicator
  • Manage a daily route
  • Work solo (most of the time)
  • Lawn applications of fertilizer, pesticides, grub control
  • Clean & maintain assigned equipment
  • Must possess a current MN Applicator's certificate or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment
  • Seasonal position with winter opportunities available
General Laborer
  • Assist crews with the installations, service work, & maintenance as assigned
  • Some knowledge of the landscape/construction industry is preferred
  • Take direction from the foreman
  • Willingness to learn & grow in the position
  • Available to work M-F
